El concepto que guía a Novus es el de la “calidad permanente”. La búsqueda constante de un gran vino que resulte en una garantía constante de excelencia para los consumidores. En nuestra filosofía, Novus está obligado cada año a dar lo mejor que la naturaleza esté dispuesta a entregar.
Nuestra fortaleza está en el viñedo. Allí, en esa combinación mágica de suelo, sol, humedad, amplitud térmica, se encuentra la esencia de nuestros vinos. Todo nuestro esfuerzo se centra en hacer que el viñedo exprese lo mejor de sí mismo en nuestras uvas Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon y Syrah.
La producción de Novus es necesariamente limitada, dado que trabajamos sólo con nuestras propias uvas. Conocemos el origen y la evolución de cada una de nuestras botellas y eso es lo que nos permite garantizar su calidad. Nuestro desvelo está centrado en que cada consumidor, a la hora festiva de destapar un Novus, tenga la plena certeza de que la hemos puesto a su disposición sólo porque alcanzó el alto standard de calidad que le impusimos desde el viñedo. In our philosophy, Novus is forced to give every year the best thing that nature is willing to give.
Our strength is in the vineyard. The essence of our wines is in that magical combination of soil, sun, humidity and thermal amplitude. All our efforts are centered in causing the vineyard to express its best in our Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
The production of Novus is limited, because we work only with our own grapes. We know the origin and the evolution of each one of our bottles and that allows us to guarantee their quality. So that each consumer, when opening a Novus, has the total certainty that we have made it available only because it reached the high quality that we imposed on it from the vineyard.

Novus es una creación de César Tagua, un ingeniero mendocino ligado al comercio exterior, cuya vocación por los buenos vinos nació de los viajes por el mundo que realizó al mando de su consultora Adviser SA.
Ello lo hizo interesarse por el desarrollo de las mejores uvas para alcanzar vinos de calidad, lo cual lo llevó a adquirir el viñedo de la zona de Altamira, al pie de la cordillera de Los Andes, del cual proviene toda la producción de Novus. THE CREATOR
Novus is a creation of César Tagua, an engineer of Mendoza related to the foreign trade, whose vocation for the good wines was born in the trips around the world that he made with the consulting firm Adviser SA.
That led Tagua to being interested in the development of the best grapes to reach quality wines, and acquiring the vineyard in the zone of Altamira, on the foot of the Andes mountains, from where all the production of Novus comes. |
